This course had the most sign ups, and no-one was connected to the church. Yet like often happens.
Not all the signups attended the course.
The start then had to be delayed due to illness, and it was decided to compress the course into two sessions. For the second session, not everyone turned up, which was a first for me, although again not uncommon among CAP courses.
The course certainly works better over 3 weeks and I will be sticking to that in the future as it allows more time for delegates to find their financial information and to start to enter it into their budgets.
Thanks to Ann Roberts for her support and providing refreshments.
The next course is running at the Kitchen, 8 Fore Street, on Fridays 10, 17 and 24 June 10.30–12.30.
Please continue to advertise the courses to anyone you know who may benefit and bring them along if you have not attended yourself. Please also pray for this work as more and more people are affected by rising prices of food and fuel.
