Prayer:
Dear Father God,
Thank you for being a God who knows us inside and out, for loving us despite our challenges and imperfections.
Thank you that you call us to follow you and to be your hands and feet on this earth despite our flaws and failings.
Thank you for the example we see in Moses, to open our hands and say “Here I am”.
Help us to remember where our identity is founded and that you are a God of authority but a God too who cares for those with broken hearts.
Be with us in the times when we struggle to follow in the way you ask us to, and be with us too in the times of celebration.
Amen

Who do you say God is?
Who does God say you are?
Can you think of examples in your life when you felt God’s call and you followed?
Can you remember a time when you felt God’s call and ignored it?
What or who is your identity rooted within?
